1. About us

This store is operated by RCG Sweet Treat Pastries Shop, FDA-Licensed to Operate (LTO No. CFRR-RIII-FI-1033000), based at Homesite Dau, Mabalacat City, Pampanga, Philippines.

2. Our products

RCG treats are freshly baked food products (cookies, bars, and barks) made with wholesome ingredients including brewer's yeast and flaxseed, with less sugar and no added preservatives. Our products are food items, not medical or therapeutic products, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, or to replace professional medical advice. Individual experiences may vary.

3. Product information & pricing

We aim to describe our products, ingredients, and prices accurately. Prices are in Philippine Pesos (₱) and may change without notice. If an obvious pricing or description error occurs, we may cancel or correct the affected order and notify you.

4. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order — for example, if an item is unavailable or an address cannot be served. As everything is freshly baked to order, changes or cancellations are only possible before preparation or dispatch.

5. Payment

We currently accept cash on delivery (COD) and QRPH payments, with card payments coming soon. Payments are processed securely through our payment providers. Your order is confirmed once payment is received (or, for COD, once the order is accepted and confirmed).

6. Shipping, returns & refunds

Delivery is handled per our Shipping Policy, and quality issues per our Return and Refund Policy. As perishable food items, our treats are eligible for replacement or refund only when they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

7. Allergens & storage

Our treats may contain or come into contact with common allergens (such as milk, wheat, nuts, and soy). Please review the ingredient information on each product page before purchasing. Perishable treats should be refrigerated promptly after delivery; quality is best within the first couple of weeks.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this store — including our brand name, logo, images, and text — belongs to RCG and may not be used without our permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, RCG is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our products or website. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394) or other applicable law.

10. Dispute resolution

Any concern or dispute is handled per our Dispute Resolution Policy. We encourage you to contact us first so we can make things right.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
